Mathias' attitude towards the cute robots reminds me of how a guy I know acted towards pets. A month ago, their chocolate lab got hit by a car, and everyone was bent out of shape, and his response to me was, "It's just a dog." I know Mathias isn't that cold-hearted, but hearing Bailey plead for its life and Mathias following through with the destruction kinda reminded me of the dog incident.

No matter what I'll always watch any video with Matthias in it. He's a man of balance, you can clearly see how he balances seriousness and being hilariously funny. And his testimony about Jesus is such a blessing to me 😊. He's always been my favorite in every video and usually, if he wasn't in a video, I'd just skip it lol. They haven't made any announcements about Woods leaving, so I would assume he's still a part of Dope or Nope. When Tanner left, they said they would go back to the old format for a while. They're probably just trying to figure out how to navigate without Tanner, and they also mentioned they'd have special guests so I assume they're looking for people to have on as special guests. Plus if fans are enjoying the old format they will probably continue this style until they've figured out exactly how to do it with special guests, they wouldn't want to rush and put out poor-quality content. Matt had also said that even after they started having special guests they would alternate between this format and the three-person format.
