I think ur on to something. Ithink he says it because he is someone that was a Spanish traveler and he comes across the garten but the scientist torture him and try to kill him so he doesn’t tell anyone about it and so he keeps saying I’m sorry in Spanish to the scientists but they don’t understand him. And in an attempt to kill himself he injects himself with a bottle of givinity and becomes what he is. That is why bambaleenas equation is that he is givinity because he basically is.

from what i understand, zolphius, along with jumbo josh, are the only creatures made with pure givanium, which makes them be in a state of pain all the time. now, there must be something going on because pure givanium creatures are usually hostile and aggressive but zolphius is not. regarding the abomination, i think it could be either zolphius or the half camaleon half turtle. also, we have to keep in mind that stinger flynn is the leader of all of the mascots, since he manipulates and gaslights everybody to his own desires. so maybe zolphius is aware of what stinger flynn is doing and could do something about it but he's afraid of what the latter could do so he just says "i'm sorry". now, about the spanish, i think that the flights of uthman and mason (the scientists) having madrid as the destination may have something to do with zolphius speaking spanish. moreover, we have to remember that this whole garten of banban thing was an experiment gone wrong.

I think I know why Zolphius is sorry: Remember the big room where you fight Tamataki & Chamataki? Well, after 'they' fall into the abyss, you are able to jump to the platform it was on and grab the (Banban's?) party hat and a photo, and it shows Zolphius playing with Tam & Cham and I think the "Jester". I think in Garten of Banban 2 when we first saw Zolphius, we thought he was friendly because he did not attack us and just swayed from side to side. When we saw the picture, we were angry at Zolphius for spending time with the hostile ones and he probably sneaked up on us and felt for us, so he hid himself in a secret and took that chance to say sorry. Plus, he speeks spanish because he was...I'm not sure actually, got any ideas?

My theorys abaut chapter 4... 1#: when u folow ban balina all the way down and meet her at the elevaitor she says "well that was fun and all but i have a class to atend and students awaiting my return i cant wait to see u theyre for leson number 4 u DONT want to be layte" or something like that wich means that we will probably meet with ban balina again: 2# the board thats at the end that says "find the town find the sherif do not let the jester find u" means that we will meat with sherif and the jester wich could be the third creture in the drawing of zoulphius and the turtle chamolion hybrid: and number 3# since we didint get introduced to queen bouncilia or the naughty ones we will probably see her to in chapter 4 but in a deeper level of the facility as the elevaitors that we always go on at the end of a chapter are always deeper down.
