Hello, cheers from France. It would be great to have comparison of power consumption of those timers. Recently I discovered that my times power consumption varies when in off state. My mechanical timers took less than 1W for counting time only, while my digital timer use about 18 W of power for only time counting, without anything connected to it.

I want to add button in between the applicance so that person doesn't have access to timer. He should not be able to edit timer setting. I want to cut off time about 15 min, 30 min. Use case is person switch on the applinace by normal button then the timer gets activated and turns off the appliance after 15 min. Which is good timer for this purpose?
