Also another trick is to use parchment paper to help u put design on without accidentally sticking it down wrong. Jennifer I love the fact you give us the designs you are using in Design space( access sub.) I had to slow down on watching one creator because she wants you to buy everything! So thank u! Great tip! I understand where the other creator is coming from. It does take a lot of time to create designs, but Cricut paid me for my time. So I get to give it to you for free.

I love all of these ideas!! My favs though are the initial tote bag, the simmering potpourri, the O' Holy Night sign (happens to be my favorite Christmas song😉), BUT the showstopper is that cutting board!!! Just gorgeous! I LOVE all these designs. You have such great ideas. My favorites are the cutting boards, the tote bag, and the "O Holy Night" Christmas tree on the chalkboard. Stunning! I am so glad you like so many of them Linda. Thank you. Your Joy can do a lot.. You will just need to be a little more creative. With the O Holy Light... You will need to deattach it and cut it line by line. The Cutting boards are harder because of the wreath. If you did a design that you pieced around a name... that would work. You just need to think about the size that you are working with, but other than that... the Joy can do very well. 💗

Don't be scared to use your Cricut. It really is easy. Plus, the more you do it the better you get. Sorry, about your broke hip. I hope you recover quickly. And, yes, this is the perfect time to learn how to use your Cricut. There are a ton of videos to help you. I have several and so do many of my crafting KZbin friends.

I'm just starting my cricut journey and I would love to do the oven pad gift. Is this also the iron on vinyl and the image reversed? And what is heat transfer tape? Thank you!

How fun for you! Yes, I used iron on vinyl and reversed (mirror) the image before cutting. You also want to remember with iron on vinyl or HTV (Heat Tranfer Vinyl) that the shiny side goes down when cutting. As for Heat Resistant Tape, it is just a tape that Cricut sells because it can hold on image in place and resist the heat. Other brands sell a similar product, but I haven't tried them... so I can't give feedback on any.

Jennifer do you mind me asking what state you are in? Im in Fredericksburg Virginia and none of our stores even have a Plus section. Also you are showing so many things in a lot of your videos that I have never even seen in our Dollar Trees. We have about 5 in our city. I’m originally from Tampa where we had everything. This town is very quaint. I’m located about 50 miles south of DC. There in a beautiful Dollar Tree in a city called Woodbridge that a friend took me to once. It was only 25 miles from here but bc of traffic it took us over an hour to get there. I’ve never been back. Their craft section was AMAZING. That was back when I did scrapbooking. They had things I had never seen before at our stores. We didnt even have a Crafters Square section or a wood section back then! I’m so envious. I think when I go back home to Tampa I am going to go to the dollar tree there. I’ve already checked and all the Dollar Tree’s there have a Plus section.

Yes....all these would make beautiful gifts if......you have a cricket machine, computer, special vinyl, square iron, air blower, air burner.......these crafts DO NOT include all subscribers.....eapecially anyone on a budget.......not all subscribers can afford even half of all the supplies needed. Seems a bit unfair. Why not make things that all can participate in. Disappointed.
