Hate to break it to you, but these trades are horrible. Why would you ever trade a 3rd round pick for Marshall Yanda? He's 33 years old, his overall is 92 now, but his overall will go down to about 87-86 in 1 season. Also the Gerald McCoy trade. There is a running back in Free Agency, he is 77 overall, might be 76. But you can sign him, and trade him OUTRIGHT for Gerald McCoy. Darkwa I think is his name. There are so many better trades than these, for WAY better superstars too. Wouldn't call Yanda a superstar to begin with either.

Note to self and everyone else, this rarely works in Franchise mode when you do a fantasy draft. Most of these players are given up so easily based on the team they are on already, not the team who drafts them in a fantasy draft mode.

The reason for this is because the game only looks at overalls and the year and round of the draft picks, it doesn’t care about names, so you can get a 90-95 ovr player for a 2-3 rounder and a 70-75 ovr player, because the game sees that as a mildly fair trade, it doesn’t care if his name is “Odell Beckham”
