My Pom won’t do any of these. I’ve been hovering the treat over her for almost a hour and just keeps jumping and getting frustrated 😭😭😂

if your dog is getting frustrated, take a step back. Try something more simple so they don't stay frustrated and not learning :) When I'm teaching my pom something new I try to go as small as possible and when I see frustration, we do easy things so the training stays fun for the both of us. I also wouldn't train for a full hour especially when young. Bursts of 10-15 minutes should be plenty. How is it going with your pom now?

Aw Pepi is so cute what color Pom is she? I don’t know if you remember me but I still haven’t gotten my Pom yet but I think I will be getting him in two weeks and there are so many colors to choose from and I love all of them but I love Pepi’s color! And btw how much does she weigh I want to make sure the poms at the place I’m getting my Pom at doesn’t have under weight dogs or over weight dogs btw love your vids!!!

I know with a lot of puppies the best way to get them to stop is to react super hurt by it. Make a big sad scene when they bite you. I have a 2.5 year old Pom boy and when he bites too hard when playing I “cry” and he feels bad and tries to console me.

It only gets stuck if their waste isn’t solid. If their diet is good, their waste should be hard and shouldn’t dirty their fur. We just give them a bath if they get messy ever but it’s very rare!

My mother's favourite trick for managing dog weight during training is eventually replacing the puppy training treats with uber-expensive, really good quality dog food. None of our dogs have ever realized they're eating dog food as treats -- and the best part, we don't break the bank!
