app well I have a lot more energy, strength and focus. Compared to before. My whole life I've only been able to do 2-3 days without releasing but not I feel limitless. Confidence through the roof as well. 2 things that help boost testosterone are cold showers (1 full min at the end of your shower) and eating fish such as salmon and other sushi's (once a week)

I started drinking chamomile tea before bed, and it helps with sleep so much, you should get it, it also helps with anxiety etc. You could also try sleeping in a cold room that's pitch black

Stefan Dragos You can get it at most health food stores, supplement stores or online such as amazon.com. You want to look at the label and look for KSM-66 Ashwagandha. It is supposed to be the most effective form of it. 300-600 mg 1-2 times a day should be sufficient.

What are you suggesting dear! 10 hours of sleep seriously, more than 7 hours of sleep is just a waste of time and energy (it also brings with it a host of other diseases like depression, insomnia, low digestion and what not too much sleep is bad, limit it to 7 hours a day). Carbs are good but stay away from starches. Bread (in the U.S.) is poisoned with bromide (an estrogen mimicker and iodine blocker) and the added High Fructose is pretty much deadly. Starches are sugar. Carbohydrates like green leafy vegetables and calciferous veggies are good. Pastas and potatoes are not so good.
