Another similar eye exercise to the Brock String drill is when riding to the court, focus on the road center line hash marks, distant to close, close to distant. Obviously don't do it with traffic or too long to be dangerous.

Do you have more info (or a video) about speed up targets for your opponents grip type?

I like a version of #4 where you go forehand to backhand and back and forth, but have the paddle up at 45° instead of parallel to the ground. For each hit, I have the paddle at about 30° to the left or right (and paddle tip about 45° up from wrist) and contact the sweet spot each time. With the 30° angle, the ball typically travels 12-18" left or right so I have to move my paddle to intercept the ball and still make contact on the sweet spot. Another version of that is two hits on forehand, two on backhand, back and forth, etc. I also lunge out to the left, right, and squat like I’m taking a ball out of the air, to practice lots of different body positions.

Elongated paddles are my preference…which paddle is the one you are using in this video? Do you have other paddle recommendations for elongated paddles?

I use the project 002 from Selkirk. It’s elongated. If you’re starting/in the beginning stage I’d recommended the SLK Halo Control XL. You can find some discount codes in the description
