Your channel is great - I’ve just discovered. Just subscribed. I’ve been looking frantically for videos that will help me learn more French conversation with my friend who is French. This conversation is between two friends, so you’re actually speaking in the first person and using ‘tu’ as well. Exactly what I wanted. I hope you do more of these… Thank you so much! 👏

Why doesn't "je me rappelle plus" mean "I remember more"? This construct always throws me. I know the "ne" is often deleted from "ne....plus" but how is the listener supposed to know this is the construct?

We omitted "ne" in this sentence. The correct written form is "Je ne me rappelle plus." ne plus. ne pas. Try to change "plus" with "pas" in your head and you'll get the pattern.
