Such a strong top 10! Appreciate it! I love that you can explain each champion's strength/weakness in under 2 minutes. Some of those 1-2 hours long rundowns can be rough. Would you consider short video's for each dungeon going over what strategy you need to beat them? People usually explain the endgame strategies, but I wouldn't be watching these video's if I was endgame and had all the champions. Something for intermediate level would be decent.

Got quite lucky during this Gnut event, pulling around 70 shards. No Gnut but I did pull 4 from the list ... Alure, Seeker, Royal Guard and with a last-ditch gamble (3-shard gem buy) I pulled a Geo ... looking forward to building him (and the rest) out. Really appreciate all your F2P focused content!

Great list. When I started, I hit easy mode as a new players. First like 2 weeks, I got Ninja and pulled Geomancer, Jareg, and Zelatop. I was cruising through clanboss. Did not realize how much difference Geo made until I started leveling my referral accts.

Would you farm Geo's masteries? I was thinking about what you said in a past video about things like not booking Valkyrie and being careful about what resources you invest. I know it may be kind of hard to answer since you don't know the state of my account, but I pulled Geo somewhat recently and it seems that in the state of my account, I'd mostly just want to use him for Iron Twins to farm magic affinity (only affinity where I'm not farming 15) and to speed up the other affinities. I'm not sure he would fit amongst the Hydra DPS champs that I'm looking to use currently. I feel like in that sense, his masteries don't seem necessary as I can get the required accuracy without eagle eye somewhat comfortably. It'd be interesting to get your thoughts on the matter though in case I'm missing other important use cases. For some perspective, I'm able to hit NM Hydra and do at least 2x the top chest damage. If I improved that team's speeds a bit, it could probably make it to turn limit as well since it's a team I moved up from Brutal to NM and it was reaching turn limit on Brutal. I can do over a billion points on Hydra Clash as well with where I'm at right now.

depends. id argue master hexer is super important to extend his hp burn - so i'd go down to tier 5 at least. if you are strapped for resources save the tier 6 for another day. warmaster or eagle eye for tier 6 if you want extra damage or extra acc for iron twins for example.

Feels good to at least have one of the champs on a list for once😂 I was lucky enough to pull 2 seekers not so long ago after nearly a year and a half in game on my current account. The rest still elude me, but maybe by 2099 I'll summon them haha. I do feel like Giscard should be mentioned here due to his sheer versatility and how simple he is to get great damage as well as crowd control in one champ. I had him vaulted for way too long until I eventually decided to see if he'd be any good - surprise surprise he instantly became a member in almost all my teams perhaps with the exception of clan boss. Another I feel is missing is Rector Drath. Though I may be biased since they really helped me progress, I'd be interested to know what made them not feature on your list - perhaps theres a drop off point for them content wise that caused the omission of them here, either way, I'd be interested in your take. Got at least 80% of all epics in the game and managed to dodge geo, seer, uugo and any block dmg/ unkillable champ in the game. Also got no deacon, genbo or pretty much any viable dmg dealer. Doom tower, dungeons and cb are an absolute pain bc of that. Just a bit short on a 1 key nm cb and stuck on floor 109 hard dt

I just got Alure a couple weeks ago and have struggled with Dark Fae and Demonspawn FW (only 60s for the faction are Felhound and Drex atm). Looks like I may need to prioritize leveling her!

oh yea she makes fw and fae much easier. as early game, she as an epic is just insane. her value falls off with hard dungeons - but even then she still invalubable against most important DT farm boss

I agree with you in many champs you picked up, but think Deakon Amstrong must be in the top 10. He is my most used epic in the game and every team is built around him.

I think you should do a top 20 list. I always have difficulty deciding what epic to build next. I have a ton of them and a lot of books also. I think I would have put Demytha at #1 though. She enabled me to 1 key UNM and use additional keys on lower difficulty. More chests = more shards and books.

lvl 60 and i only have uugo, maneater (just got him) and geomancer and tbo i use geomancer pretty much everywhere in the game...i don't have the best gear for him but his amazing. i olso have rector, vogoth and toragi... great epics too. what do u think about dark kael, i dont have him, but a lot of people consider him to be the best epic in the game

I appreciate your experience and your list. But I would say out with Royal Guard and in with Fatman Scoop. And if it were my personal list I would say out with Seer and in with Criodan. Or Doompriest. Tricky. But that's just me since I'd much rather solo stage 20 (including for turn based tournaments) than speed farm them.

Great list! I personally don't like seer. She only shines in a very specific setup with little replacements so most of the people wont be able to use her effectively. mine is built and sitting in the vault. only get some uses in FW. with renegades alone you can only use her efectively in Normal dungeons which are not relevant. in DT hard as waves start to get faster you cannot cycle fast enough unless you get some kymars. In hard dragon and hard IG you cannot deal with the boss with any mediocre seer setup. I think of an epic like Madame serris and i think is straight useful overall

just my 2 cent: Godseeker: should be much higher - one instant revive and a 2nd one with setting all skills back is unique and great in always all situations Demytha: is overrated, not sure if I would put her in the top-10 at all Royal Guard: if we talk about Hydra, I would put Husk in and Royal Guard out - the very rare A1 Provoke of Husk is much more helpfull here! Umbral Enchantress: (especially in 6+ piece stoneskin) will win battles for you, that wouldn't be possible otherwise (even as 5* build)!

@@BoozorTV I think the fact he fits practically everywhere is a big part of it. Great in every loot dungeon, can throw him in CB, works well in most of Doom Tower. Only places he's not that great in would be like Sand Devil and Hydra. He's also really solid in arena early on too which is nice. No argument with the top 3-4 for sure though but I think you can fit in Deacon practically anywhere after that. Just some random on the internets opinion though and you def know more about the game than I do.

Agree with the top 4 but heavily disagree with royal guard being 5th. He is one of my personal favorites epics but i don’t think he even makes it to top 20 epics he isn’t the best epic to get early on and not the most end game epic either there are way more epics more deserving especially deacon easy top 5 you have seeker at 6 he does similar job in cb and he is a much much better champ everywhere else he is probably the best epic to get early on

Deacon no doubt great. Covers lots of bases gets worse as you get better tho. Yes end game viable in fae , demyth teams. Would say rg better for spider, fk, hydra, fae, even spider hard, shogun can still play there. seemingly harder areas and less replacements for rg outside leggos.
