TBH she is not speaking naturally. She is trying so hard to not make a mistake. Wikipedia says she was emigrated to Australia, when she was 11 and lived until her acting career. Did not expect that her English is so bad for someone, who is raised there.

Well she's 43 and she only lived about 10 years of her life in Australia. She was probably more comfortable with English when she was younger but then stopped using it after moving back to Korea. Her English is actually pretty good - definitely not native, but proficient. She just doesn't sound very confident using it.

When you work with somebody with this kind of English on daily basis, you will be annoyed and consider her English is not really good. I have been there. Every native speakers firstly praise my English for it being at native level, then after sometime they start to make jokes on my grammar and accent.
