Ideas are said to be a dime a dozen, and that they're "worthless" - compared to execution. Although taking ACTION is the most important part, you still need ideas and inspiration to get started!
Watch today's video for an overview of a bunch of business ideas you can start on right now. Grab something to take notes with! I expect to see your ideas in the comments.

Noah, you are awesome! Your videos cut out the clutter around business and make it fun again. I kept on stressing out around coming up with the perfect idea, but your approach is really resonating with me. My key takeaways from this video: 1. Business can be fun. 2. Solve your own problems. 3. Don't overcomplicate things. 4. Validate (first customer) as soon as possible. Thanks for all the content, man!

From all the tips you gave me (super helpful by the way - GOLD) my biz idea would be in the area of self Improvement/ creativity/ helping people/ physical product and marketing is where my interest is/ designing and bettering the world is another one. Based on this the ideas i have atm are: 1- Create my own architecture firm/ agency (I'm an architect) where people would actually NOT hate working , and which would not be a soul crushing nightmare but a fun and vibrant place to be. 2- Sell art supplies at good/ discounted prices so its not a rip off as it is usually or as a subscription service+ with perks like inspiration what to draw or creative tips? 3 - Make a vvvv shape "pen holder" (horizontal not vertical) to have a better pen organisation when drawing Feedback on the above is welcome, you can trash or give a constructive feedback on any of the above!

If I did not have to worry about money, I would move to southern France and would travel the world half of the time. I love organizing things, packing light for trips, and finding good travel bags (purses, carry-on bags, personal item bags, etc.) I would be happy if I could build a business around those things.

Pweuee pweuee... Thanks man.. I was having idea block until I heard 2 million dollars! Ding ding ding! Ideas started popping up here and there. I'll start a transport business, with my countries population and people constantly moving from place to place, that is the way to go, with immediate returns guaranteed. I'm talking interstate transport. Majority of the population here can't afford air travel.
@Roel_dG

What country is it about, does the country where you live in not have any public transport? (Busses and trains)
@osarogiebello3407
@osarogiebello3407 3 жыл бұрын
@@Roel_dG Nigeria, you mean public transport run by government? They exist, but are too few, mismanaged or none existent in some areas. Transport is mostly privately run and expensive. Imagine having one that's a little cheaper than what's out there but comfortable and efficient. We have the population and people moving daily.
@Roel_dG

@@osarogiebello3407 okay, good to know. I think in Nigeria there is great potential (mainly because there are so many people) maybe it helps you to look at the MTR as an example it is very cheap and profitable at the same time

If money wasn't a factor in business idea's I would love to create products around that are environmentally friendly an recycle waste we already have into useable products. The problem is I really wouldn't know where to start and most of the time helps a lot when you have money coming in from a business to fund those products. Any thoughts?

Question: how did you decide to use background music for your vlog vs. No music? I've seen both work but am still conflicted for my own. P. S. Re: your question: dating coaching. Started a meetup group in 2011 and proved the idea because two people reached out to me right away to get help, and were my first paying clients.

Do you think fear coaching could be a business? because I would definitely be good at that! how would one find the people who need help though?
@rainedonkat
@rainedonkat 2 ай бұрын
I personally think that would work really well in conjunction with building a social media audience by making free content around that topic. Then, sell personal coaching lessons to your audience who already comes to your channel/content to solve that very problem (their fear). Also it might be a good idea to narrow down exactly which flavor of fear you are the best at solving, since "fear" is a rather broad genre.

Hi Noah and everyone! I want to make chocolate bars with my recipes. Do you think it is possible to validate the idea without investing in the beginning? Here in Argentina the basic machinery to start is around USD1500. In addition, to sell food to the market, I have to obtain the corresponding licences and that is also expensive. How do you guys handle in those cases, how do you validate when it comes to food? All my family, friends and neighbors tried the chocolates and they love it. But who doesn't like a good chocolate?
@Roel_dG
@Roel_dG 3 жыл бұрын
for the licence part, maybe you can start to offer your chocolate at a local supermarket who already has a selling licence, and maybe they are interested in selling the chocolate for you, so than you can make money from it without an expensive licence.

Sebastián Pauluchak have a look at NK’s vid on business in 48 hours - make some ugly hand made chocolate bars - take a few pics - ask friends and family to buy some - promise them some free bars if they take a vid of them trying the bar. Get feedback to improve. Once you know people will buy you can make the money and save to get legit and scale.

A challenge I’ve come across in startup business is when the client wants the initial service but they don’t want the scaled version of it. I run a music tuition agency for home tuition (Zoom currently) which has this problem; parents often don’t like that their teacher isn’t being paid directly and is receiving a percentage of the fee. I’ve had the same issue in Schools where a new head of department has been employed by the School; the head has sometimes decided to go against contract and deal with my teacher directly. I’ve found this kind of issue with other businesses I’ve started and tried to scale

@@noahkagan great, looking forward to it! That's what I try to do. I have lots of great ideas but am not the best designer/engineer so one of the products that I made and use everyday, works well but doesn't look the best. I've had to make several versions of it to get to this stage but would love to take it far further which would probably require engineers. Some of the other ideas I've had would probably require specific machinery to make. It's hard to be my own customer if I can't make the product, lol
