All my life, even when i did not have depression, anxiety and other issues i have been a person who.needs to doodle or fidget. It helps me focus and pay attention to stuff. Fidget toys are great. I prefer he soft squeezy ones, with that mash potatoes kinda feeling. I like slime, can hurt my skin, but great to use as a squeezy one too. I want to try the lego made ones.

5:00 this is called a Scizor lift and is used in actual real life applications. I have a big sizzor lift I made out of many beams and there is one feature that wasn't mentioned in this video. If you change the location of the pins in the middle 1 hole to the left or right the Scizor lift will actually bend and so you can make it expand into weird shapes.
