Rock concert (don’t want to look like you are trying to hard to be cool or worse, trying to look like you did in your 20’s, but also need to be comfortable) 3. Guest at a special birthday party, outside in late fall 4. Late spring wedding, mountains in NC 5. Funeral-these are usually unexpected, so you need to have something on hand in the unfortunate event you have to attend one. You don’t want to draw attention to yourself as it’s not about looking good, but rather looking appropriate. The weather can be tricky also, with rain, etc Thank you!

I’d love to see a packing video. Every holiday/trip is different, but I’d love to see your process. My favourite and most entertaining packing videos are by Trinny. What I wear on a plane varies because I live in Western Australia, so long haul is really long (like 20-30 hours) and I need to be comfortable, but still look smart. Traveling within Australia is still a 4-5 hour flight, but I wear something smart casual and season appropriate.

Loved this video and would love to see a part 2!! I'm 47 with a 6 year old girl and 8 year old boy and right now my life is so many playdates and Birthday parties and usually with moms that are at least a decade younger than I am. While I'm secure with having younger children at my age, I often feel uncomfortable in clothing that is styled similarly to the much younger moms. So I am wanting something casual but still pulled together that can handle a playground, park, house, backyard or play arena. Thank you for all you and your team do, Erin! I will stress over what to wear to a wedding or funeral or dinner...whatever, and then I see people who look like they wore their oldest lounge clothes or old jeans. One scenario I struggle with is traveling between locations with vastly different temperatures. Like going to a warm place for Christmas when you live in the northern hemisphere and then back! I use layers but I end up too cold when I get to the airport and too hot when I get to my destination.

Living for that first outfit ahh!!! Great video. Accepting your challenge, here’s 3 for me: 1) constantly looking for outfits for picking out design materials for clients. It’s often their first impression of me and I need to wear pants where I can pick up samples off the ground, kneel down, etc. And heels I can stand all day in. 2) Indoor/outdoor horse shows. 3) Undergarments that allow me to wear a pastel silk slim dress.
