TWO wires? You must have the scavenger perk that lets you get extra material when scrapping items. Normally the most you could hope for is a paint flake... unless it's a pencil. You can build a house with a handful of those and have leftovers for adding radiation resistance to your power armor.

When it comes to number 4 lets be honest most of us picked the faction who gave us the coolest stuff like the institute and the brotherhood of steel 5:05

Speak for yourself. Anything they give you, you can find better without them. All of the factions in 4 are insufferable. I usually ignore them all as much as possible, and run around doing my own thing.

​@@hrodga There are a few unique things with each one, but how useful they are is a question of preference. Minutemen of course specialize in settlement defense with their reinforcement flares and artillery and you can get a cool General uniform after sprucing up the Castle. Brotherhood has vertibirds for quick aerial travel anywhere you've explored. Railroad can get you a unique pistol type and the ballistic weave schematics are great for extra defense on civilian clothes. Institute can get you the instant return to the Institute ability and some synth summoning grenades.

@@josephperez2004 Yeah, but that's all surface level stuff. The ending is the same no matter what faction you side with, besides the institute. The ending slideshow that changed based on what you did was one of the coolest things about the previous games, and they took that away.

Man there needs to be a forest style multiplayer fallout game. You play with one other person and you play as husband and wife kinda like "it takes two" or "re5". Still open world, but with a buddy, and the game is shaped around the BOTH of you. Imagine having one charismatic character and the other being a low intelligence tank-

That skit with the settler moving in explains why they're all so lazy. They have no ownership, so why bother doing anything? "Build houses for this guy? Nah. Plant farms for this guy? Nah. Clean up the trash for this guy? Nah. Defend settlement equipment and supplies? Nah. I'd rather just sit around on the ground in the radioactive rain and starve next to skeletons and raider corpses. I'll do something when I'm told to and pretend to defend only when the boss is around. If he expects any more than that he can go blow himself."

In Fallout 2, in some locations pulling a weapon is illegal. You actually have to go around and order your companions to put them away. Gives a sense of place.

Sure BOS have the coolest armour but railroad have a pistol that has like 1ap per shot and it comes silenced so if you have concentrated fire you can kill pretty much anyone with vats.

Is it just me or am I the only one who is a sucker for technologically advanced factions with very dubious scruples and a penchant for being authoritarian/dictatorship? I found my self rooting for the Enclave in FO3 , ended up being Mr House's Hired Gun in FONV, and vying to be the Director of the Instituted (right after I stocked piled about a few hundred-thousand RR Stealth Boys, X-111 compounds from senior scribe Neriah ). If I was Nate in skit 6 ( 2:21) I would have put on my X-01 power armor, activate a stealth boy gulp a bufftat, take a shot of both psycho jet and ultra jet before Hiding then Dumping all of my AP into VATs with my Legendary Relentless plasma sniper rifle Aimed in the chronological order: Head, Legs, Arms, And if she survives the first barrage, I'll then Switch to my trusty Kiloton Radium Rifile Aimed at center mass, and as a contingency I will have a Big Boy, And for support I will have one of those heavily modded Robobrains (Just in case any of my companions feels a change of heart or if they arent up to the task in terms of pure stats ).

I’ve started to find glitches and bugs in Fallout New Vegas to get max skills and such- play the DLC first and then wreak havoc on the Mojave Wasteland. I’ve completed the NCR diplomacy route this time and eliminated the Legion, Powder Gangers, and Fiends completely. Next play through is to play Legion and kill everything that moves and become Lord Death of Murder Mountain.
