I bought the variegated bamboo recently (3 months ago). It was in a grow bag with stunted growth. I repotted, it with rich well draining soil. Then it became healthy. If your plant is in pot, just repot it to a new potting mix.

I have doubt regarding ground orchids. Thought that, you will the right person to answer by query. If I'm placing different color varieties of ground orchids nearby, will the color change eventually by pollination? Please do answer my question. Thanks in advance.

In the case of ground orchids, you can see a pod on the flower spike. I haven't seen the seeds in them germinate and grow into baby plants. But, usually we propagate ground orchids from the bulbs, so there is no chance of new varieties. We will get new colored plants if the plants are growing from seeds after cross-pollination, not from vegetative parts.
