For internship you must create atleast 2 apps for resume which are unique , which solve a real life problem, also integrate API's like payment through stripe or razorpay like that. Try to build amazing UI features such as animations. Upload them on playstore also. If you will ML kit in your flutter app then it will really boost your resume. For that you can watch my mask Detection app tutorial using Tflite . I hope this helps

Yes , you can definitely add them. If you are making a clone eg. Instagram then don't just make UI, make the complete backend too, like tag feature, push notifications, use some APIs , you can give your own touch in them like some more features which you thing should be there in a social media app. If you do these things, then for sure it will put some weight in your resume.
