Oh! For anyone who loves La Nuit or any of it's flankers, Dove makes a bodywash. Its Called Dove Men care with Cardamom and sandlewood. It smells like a clean, fresh La Nuit. So if youre going to be wearing it or any of it flankers i highly recommend getting it and using it before you put it on. It mositurizes the skin so the frag lasts longer and projects more and because of the cardamom in the body wash it amplifies the scent even more. In no way was i paid or anything to say this but i tried it and they work so well together. Try it!

I am a pharmacist and I wore the Drakkar clone, named Lomani Pour Homme, while working at the clinic. it was an immense compliment getter there back in 2016, ladies loved it. it was more rough and cutting, than Drakkar is, hence I'd recommend it to yall if you are looking for some stronger and green version of Drakkar.

I had to get over the new dior homme intense formulation. The change in iris was frightening. Well, as with perfumery often, notes go away or change, yet they somehow get even better at the perfumery at the same time. Its like the guys making it keep evolving where notes are going away. May be not exactly the case here, but I also really decided this new formulation is very FANTASTIC, more masculine, totally gets compliments, smells for days. Im more confident wearing the new stuff, but i will keep my dior homme intense old formulation for me mostly. The old formulation actually makes me feel very social so keeping just for me wont happen lol. I just havent worn it out yet.

I gotta say, I'm in NY and the weather here has been awesome for fragrance enthusiasts. In my humble opinion of course. During the day its been around 75-80 degrees. However, at night, it's been around 50-65. So during the day it can be any spring/summer time type scent but at night ive been rockin Layton, Herod, Red Tabacco just lower amount of sprays, Code Absolu and a bunch more of my favorites. It's glorious. I miss my cool and cold weather frags too much during summer usually, but nope! Best of both worlds.

I think the problem many of us had with Dior Homme 2020 was its not Dior Homme. Its a different fragrance. So there were people buying it to replace their Dior Homme bottles and getting a totally different fragrance. Why not just call it something totally different with a different shaped bottle?

3:45 I really tried to like Signature. I’ve tried is here and there but I just don’t like it. my bottle is still 98% percent full and I don’t plan on giving it another try. I’m just waiting for some sap to have a birthday so I can pretend I bought them this fragrance, when I’m just really trying to get it out of my collection. Idea for you, can you do a series where you break down 5-10 fragrances and then choose your fave for different types of vacations where an individual is only bringing 1 fragrance to use for a few days/few weeks. For example, I’m going to Hawaii or the mtns for a week, here are the top 5 scents for this vacation, this is the one I would pick to use while there. Boom!

Gentlemen Intense has been the only one in the line I didn't enjoy. It has a sharp bitterness somewhere in it. EDP is still the best if you want straight up iris. I like how all the flankers try to do something different.

They try and keep it fresh and interesting. I don't like profondo cause it is just a skin scent after an hour or so and does not project much or last long on me. Profumo is better for me, but only a little bit. I get why some people may like them, but on me it is not what I expected. That is why I try to test it before I buy it.

Ganymede XDP is great but when compared to the EDP which is a masterpiece, it seems redundant and is a downgrade. However, its a true definition of a flanker in that the DNA is still there and it justifies the formulation in that the XDP is denser and heavier. Would love to see if they release an Eau Fraiche this time to emphasize the mineralic notes while reducing the saffron and other heavier notes but retain the DNA. Ganymede is just perfect

Halloween man x is great. Picked for $35 each 3 bottles. It's very close to Azzaro most wanted. Got 3 bottles of D&G one luminous night when it's was still available at donatella perfumes for $80. It's amazing. Umo signature is great. Last for while. $34 at gift express. 3 bottles of prada L'Homme intense. Its still at gift express for $99. Great deal.

Halloween Man X is one of my relatively few blind-buy fails. It's very synthetic, very sweet, and un-masculine. The "roasted coffee" note comes off to me immediately as "singed hair", so much so that the scent reminds me of walking into a women's salon and all the ladies and getting their hair permed/straightened. Bad vibes for a dude 😅.

I still prefer the OG Terre D'Hermes EDT (and the perfume) to Eau Givrée. The drydown of Eau Givrée just overwhelmingly smells like the lemon balm-esque smell you get from some DEET-free mosquito repellant bracelets to me.

they aren't anything a like though...even though they claim uomo signature has coffee you really can't smell any coffee in it at all. And it's leathery. Uomo signature is more of a syrupy sweet leather & black pepper fragrance...And i'd say D&G luminous night smells a lot like uomo signature without the horrible leather and black pepper so I prefer luminous night over uomo signature...but if you love the leather then Issey miyake Nuit D'issey flankers pretty much better and similar style
