I used to wake up at 5am everyday before entering into my graduation. After then I lost my good habit and so my good fortune also. I'll try to sleep early and wakeup early. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful & awakening information.

I have been going through these problems... Everyday I see my failure but everyday I keep trying make come back in my life with my full potential that i lost in an accident.. My brain functions has changed after that i had to start from A, B, C, D again and after 4 an a half years later I am able to write , not properly but better than before.. Things are loosing out of my grip cause my age is 29 at crucial time to establish my career this happened 1 january 2019..i don't have anything to lose, lost my old self and only thing I have now is to keep and keep trying cause I can't live my life like this.. I had high expectations from myself.
