Hi Saloni :),.. You can make this 'multigrain cereal' mix and take with you - multigrain cereal mix ( powder and store ) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/j5mrpZuLi7OenJI To prepare: 1) Keep a flask with hot boiling water (drinking water) 2) To prepare cereal: Add 1/4 cup of this multigrain cereal mix to a bowl and add 1/2 cup hot boiling water (or as needed ) for a puree like mixture.. 3) Let it sit for 5 minutes (.. let it cool or almost warm to eat temperature ).. and then serve 4) Also, Take 2 or 3 bowls & spoons ( + napkins & a bottle of drinking water to rinse these if needed ) hope this helps :)

Thank you so much Arti :),.. You can give in the morning after breakfast (or around 11am).. and/or in the evening after snacks.. Give orange juice (apple juice, pear juice ) everyday or alternate days to prevent cold & cough..

Recipes are good But should not give fruit juices in a feeding bottle or sippers.it is known to cause teeth cavities.try to give using spoon or cup only.
