Please READ this box more info. Are you a late night snacker? Late night snacking may sabotage your weight loss effort and even lead to weight gain.
Choosing the right snack is key to satisfy your hunger or cravings without adding high amount of extra calories, which may leave you feeling bloated and regretful in the morning.
If you are a late night snacker, do follow my 3 snacking rules, you can try my top 10 healthy late night snacking ideas and also learn some foods to avoid.

Several years ago I heard this simple phrase about snacking, if you are hungry eat an apple...if you do not want an apple...you are not hungry...you are bored!! I have that written in my kitchen !!

Funny enough, I was watching other video of you and snacking, and is actually late, this video was in the suggestions, of course I watched! I was so proud of me that I was having banana with some peanut-butter!

I love this video! It reminds me of the kind of mom I want to be. I would love spending time creating nutrient dense food for my little kiddos so that they can grow big and strong and have energy to play and do well in school. I imagine making all these snacks from scratch with my kids some days so they can learn the process of how to create nutritious food to eat....One day! 😄

I’m not drinking water then going to wait 20 mins to know if I’m hungry or not, I know when my stomach is growling...lol And it usually is at night 😂

Thank you for these simple but really interesting ideas ! I wouldn't think about the hummus and the soup but they're great ideas ! I will try the ice-creams as soon as i find affordables molds too, they seem so tasteful :)

I love your recipes Joanna. I've found a recipe for chick pea burgers that I like and your spring rolls are wonderful. I'm trying to eliminate red meat altogether and actually have added many more vegetarian meals to our weekly plan. You are very helpful!

I love all your videos, always inspiring! Thank you foe your help and all the sound information you provide. Could you please do a video of snacks that can travel well? I need ideas for non refrigerated snacks under 200 calories, but most of what I've seen is either refrigerated or very processed.

Honestly I would just starve and go to bed when I’m hungry late at night but i have a very fast metabolism and I work very hard to keep it that way so I need to eat when I’m hungry rather than waiting till me next meal...so thank you for this video

This is such a great video! I always have to stay up late to do my work and tend to crave snacks whenever I go pass the 1am boundary, but since I don't have much time to make snacks before hand I always tend to just eat crackers instead. Although these crackers aren't that high in calories I really hope I can eat more healthy homemade snacks so your video is very informative and helpful in my goals to stay healthy and fit. I must say, this is a very professional, informative, and well presented video. However, 200 calories just ain't going to cut it, at least for me. The tuna and yogurt recipes are my favorite.
