I have a collection of fruit trees growing in pots. The most useful of these is my limequat tree. Limequat is a hybrid of keylime and kumquat, and produces golf ball sized fruits that look like little lemons, taste like key limes, and can be eaten whole like a kumquat. I also have several varieties of jabotacaba growing in pots as well as pitangatuba. I use terracotta pots.

Oh my goodness as I'm watching this video, 11 minutes into it, it's windy and started pouring, I'm in Central Florida and I really want to grow some produce and I have the space but the soil is more sand than anything else so I truly appreciate this and other of your videos that I will be watching. Thank you!

I gave the same problem with my banana plants in my garden . I’ll definitely plant them in a location that the will be protected from the wind in my new home.

I planted my 1st banana tree near the fence so it protect it from the wind but this year I had to keep checking for the flower stock so it wouldn’t go to my neighbors. Luckily it behaved and turned out to my side of the fence 😂❤🎉😊 bananas in 4-6 weeks I think 🧐 😂

This is exactly what i needed as I don’t have any bare yard and still want to grow something in containers in Miami. Thank you. But didn’t quite understand what you mean by” get two blueberries varieties that flower at the same time. “ why?

Where do you get the larger pots (20+ gallons) for small trees that don't cost a ridiculous amount of money?

Hello Christina, just curious if those are snake proof boots you're wearing? I'm a new sub to your channel.

What grow medium would you use for growing blueberries in a pot? I've heard that peat moss alone would be successful.

How much watering does all this require? I am trying to get away from being a slave to my garden hose

In Florida, not a lot of hand watering or sprinkler/drip systems. I live in the State north of Florida ( Georgia) and I was told nobody there waters their lawn. So far, it seem pretty true. I came from Nevada ( Reno and Vegas resident) and your grass will be dead if it’s not watered at least every other day. And that’s all you’re allowed to do.
