The time travellers in Bioshock Infinite are great, they have so many little details that are just so cool. When they ask you to call the coin they flip, they mark their board with Heads. It looks like every time they flip the coin, it comes up heads. But if you look at the coin, it is tails. In Portal (the first game), Test Chamber 14 has a way to bypass the entire puzzle. When you enter, there's an elevator platform higher than you can reach. Drop a portal in front of it. Then go up the stairs and turn around; when the stairs retract into the floor, drop the other portal down there and jump in. You'll pop out with enough momentum to get onto the elevator. The developers' commentary brings this up, stating that during playtesting people figured out this trick -- and they decided that, this far in, they would allow anyone who figured out this bit of ninja action (or just listened to the commentary to be told how).

Some dev just thought maybe the player would just skip the whole Novigrad questline, take the boat to Skellige, romance and break up with Yen, then go back to do both Novigrad and Triss, so romancing both of them shouldn't necessarily trigger the fake treesome scene.

CANNOT BELIEVE!!!! you missed the chickens in Zelda Link to the past + OoT. Absolute classic "we thought of that." If you attack the chickens enough in either game, an endless swarm of them comes after you. In Halo, once you get the pistol from captain Keys, you can go back and shoot him with it. If you do, a dialog "He's gone rouge!" will play, and all the marines in the bridge will start shooting you. After you die, a dialog something along the lines of "How do we get her [Cortona] out of him." usually plays. [This was mentioned in the comments already, also surprised it was missed in the vid] In Fable, there is the puzzle where you have to spell out "HITS" by striking pillars in a particular order to progress. Spell anything else and you just have to try again. The audio follows each letter you hit, audibly spelling out what you enter. If you spell out "SHIT" both the puzzle and the audio won't just not work, but it doubles down by spawning in mobs. In BotW, one of the shrine puzzles has the cliche "pendulum blade path" only with spiky mace like balls. You are intended to, of course, run/walk through it with synchronous timing. You could also use stasis and freeze them, but they thought of that and put a lot of them in to make that less useful. However, you can also use the magnesis ability and lift the swinging traps up and over the bar they are attached to, with the benefit that they get tangling up away from the floor totally disabling the trap.

The rocket trick was available in the origin. You can use the infinite or reg to do it but you have to be patient

In that breath of the wild ball puzzle, you can actually turn the entire puzzle upside down, where the whole platform is completly flat. Just aim it so the ball rolls onto the ramp, then raise it to fling it in the goal.

Damn, you forgot Far Cry 4, where you can stay seated in the opening scene and end the game. That one was pretty fun to try 😂

Actually with infinite rocket launcher you can clear the rubble that suppose to require dynamite in the original RE4 too, so yeah they just carry that over
