Great stuff Trevor. Love that description of Jubi. But no Boss Number One?? Ramsey is NOT amused!! 😂 Kidding. Was just wearing Rochas' Moustache edt last night and boy do I love that honey opening. Very powdery though. Thought I'd layer it with Zara's Unexpected Fresh Spicy - an oldie cinnamon honey cheapie, but it didn't quite work out as I had hoped. 😄 Ahhh well. Might work on the ratio in the future. Honey certainly a perfect accord for the autumn. 🍯🍁

Haha yeah I need to actually reup on a bottle of no1 with the stripes! A friend of mine like mine a lot and I gifted it to him! Missing that semi-chocolatey accord in it would've made a perfect mention here! Balenciaga Pour Homme as well was another I considered as well! I did make the video title to omit 'top' though on those accounts! The new Le Male and Bee from Zoologist are a couple others I would've liked to try for this accord too! Best of luck with the next layering combo! Haha have you tried to the rich warm seductive tobacco from Zara I know the old ones had some hype not too sure about the reformulations though was thinking about trying it out before throwing together a 2023 fall cheapies still doing some more field work though to give the best suggestions!

i can second the suggestion for Reyane Tradition’s Insurrection II Wild. so much fun to wear. it was 19 bucks when i got it. prolly not much more now…

Yeah I think I recently picked one up for around that price! Samba Skin is another great cheapie in that scent profile I might do a comparison between those two and Naxos soon! Thanks for the vote of confidence too!

I just got my nose on Le Male Elixir a couple days ago and honey is the "sweet" note in it and it's a beast. Smells similar to Le Male Le Parfum and Ultra Male but still different enough with the tobacco and honey that it's not too redundant to have them all. A few of my favorite fragrances that feature honey are By Kilian's Gold Knight, Mugler's Pure Havane, One Million Lucky, Vilhelm's The Oud Affair, Tiziana Terenzi's Delox but my # 1 is Parfums De Marly Oajan. I'm really looking forward to getting to my local Holts to smell Guerlain's new Honey Tobacco.
