I live on an island, so whenever we travel outside of it, we take a boat with our car and then drive for hours and hours, days sometimes. I find it very relaxing at night I don’t have a clue why.. it’s just so relaxing 😌

Hands down the best white noise to help my 3 week old fall asleep. She is my second so I can’t always just put her in the car to fall asleep as my eldest is already in bed. Plus it’s safer as I’ve got little or no sleep and I worry I would also fall asleep at the wheel!

Over here in the Netherlands there is still a curfew in effect because of Covid. Basically we are not allowed to be outside between 10pm till 4.30am. Luckily people can aquire documents that basically allow you to go outside after curfew (for work mostly). I work a lot of evening shifts and night shifts, so I aquired these documents through my employer. Every time I get off work I like to take a bit of a longer drive to get home, because you basically have to go straight to home after you finish work because of the curfew. I like these drives. I don't really like crowded roads, so I guess I was lucky because the curfew kind of gave me what I wanted-- empty roads. So every time I come back from a shift, I like to bend the rules and take long drives over country areas and avoid the cities. Really puts your mind at ease. Love these kinds of videos where you get to see different parts of the world and their roads!
