@@dl7596Hi there! Thanks so much for the feedback. Depending on the video, I have been experimenting putting the comment in about there being no distractions such as 'birdsong' or 'music.' It's great to hear your opinions that you actually check the description to see whether it contains any of those things. As for ads, we schedule them for the beginning and very end of each video, but don't put in the so-called 'mid-roll' ads. Unfortunately however, KZbin sometimes randomly throws in ads here and there, so I've not been adding that to the video descriptions. As I don't have 100% control over them, I don't want to seem like I'm trying to trick people into anything, if you know what I mean. I just want a very simple and honest video, that helps people sleep, meditate, relax or anything else that involves concentration or peace and quiet.🍀

Just ponder the mill....there's lot of work gone into that. The posts all were held up straight and fixed in, after being lumbered, cut and planed down by hand. The rotating shaft has been beautifully, evenly planed, an octagon all the way along the length, making sure the turn would be even. each bit of wood on the wheel has been carefully attended to - cut, planed, nice and square, treated accordingly, handled and installed. Human effort all over that mill, work that always risks being forgotten in the appearances of things that are left behind.

🙂👏 Love your comment! (There are little massages & things you can do on yourself or others to relax the vagus nerve, lots of videos on YT. There's one area behind the ear that if you do it for an hour or so you could theoretically pass out it's so effective lol. A few short minutes is amazingly calming. And if you type it by speaking into your device, it can type 'Vegas nerve' - which of course is ahem a whole different topic 😮😂) All the best to you in all you do 🌼 🏞 🌦
