Bro I had exact same issue since from school all the way down to college now I'm 21 just heading into my last year at Uni. You know how I fix that? Wake up early. Yep I'm talking about 4:30 - 5am every day and plan my entire day. Adapt to that routine and you'll never have problem with time management. Get rid of whatever keeps you awake till midnight. Trust me morning time is the best time.
