Better to change terminals for 15023/22533 & 12591 from ypr to smvt to avoid waiting for hours to enter ypr & change arrival timings by making 1-2hrs early

Im a regular traveller in this route and trust me the line clearance is the worst here...even trains are not allowed to enter in morning time where it is having quite less traffic

main problem is not of platform ,its serves multiple function ,same was the case for ksr bengaluru it got relieved to some extent because of smvt and cant new platforms but yesvantpur still handle lot of north karnataka bound train terminating point and long distance also further shifting the terminated train to yard make things uncontrollable ,they need to shift as many possible trains to smvt to but for this they need to give good connectivity road toward smvt .

It indicates that the line is cleared to enter Road 5 ( Inner home signal at Yesvantpur ) from where further diversion happens to platform 4,5 & 6 Numbers on the signals always indicate Road number and not the platform number
