10 INSTAGRAM TIPS for Photographers in 2021

With any kind of digital content you need to remember, to see results your photos NEED to be the absolute best they possibly can be. If you're on LR desktop then high quality presets can take your photos 80% of the way there with the final 20% being to you to do that extra bit. I'm all for making them but really if you're starting out they can really propell you into positive directions. If you're on LR desktop and the film look is your thing Alex Ruskman's presets have taken my content to another level.

My tip: Post what you like, don't worry about algorithms and followers.. learn as you go. then 3 weeks / 5 months / 2 years later, have a look back at your older photos, see how you've progressed as a photographer. that's what helps me, seeing my change and a progress as a photographer! and you never know you could learn something from your older posts.

that's what I love one of my favs photographers Robert Doisneau. in this new era, a few tips for technicals will help, but taking photos with freedom and passion is the key. constantly posting and revieweing your content in youtube or instagram will renew the code and so, the gain is some popularity yes with your progress - as you said :)

Yea but you can still apply the tips from this video into posting what you like and learning as you go. Like arranging your photos in the carousel to tell more of a story, or asking a little engaging question in the caption, no?

Wow, really insightful video, these tips will come handy to a lot of photographers. I've found the 4x5 aspect ratio tip extremely useful, it really does take up more screen space. Also, speaking of engaging captions, I've been using boost app social, helps with crafting captions, descriptions and all sorts of stuff related to social media. It's pretty cool.

That was the best and most informative video in a long time! After hours of research about Instagram, I finally found this video which didn't just answer the question I was looking for, it also answered so many others! I can't take a picture of my camera or of me taking a photo, I've only got one camera. As for video, I'm a photographer, videography is a different discipline. And no still photography isn't going away or going to be replaced by video

My second viewed video on this channel and amazed! Not that I'm focusing on IG as a sole output to my work..., however, have the feeling when reached 1400 followers (don't laugh..) is like that I'm hitting a wall.
