I have noticed that the gap in allopathic medicine that leaves us perplexed has answer in ayurveda.i have noticed that every disease starts from gut.whether it be GI illness or musculoskeletal disorder or involves nervous system, I have a habit of asking their diet, their timings for eating and symptomatology regarding GIT. Sir I would really appreciate a video on VARICOSE VEINS. More than 10 million cases are reported per year in India. My grandmother is suffering from it. Its heart wrenching to watch her in pain whenever she sits or stands up. She as almost tried all types of medicines but I think that there must be a solution to the problem. seems like u have aggravated vata just like me... add oils like sesame oil, coconut or mustard to ur diet. And most importantly consume at least 1-2 tsp of desi a2 cow's ghee. do daily abyanga with medicated ayurvedic oils like dhanwantram... Completely cut down refined oils, reduce junk food ... im sure 90% of ur issue will be solved by doing these.

Hi, nice. You should also mention in caption somewhere about who should not do what... It helps... Bcz my Nani who use to only have cold bath and bcz of that one fine day she got paralyzed and after 2 months passed away so this also depends on your age, climate, etc.

I can totally relate 6 stages of Disease. Due to untreated diarrhoea, I reached to stage of Septic Arthritis. The infection shifted towards the joints, ankle, both knees. Very much painful time and depressed! Who would think of that...diarrhoea leading to arthritis...? Guys, take care and please don't ignore a single singal that your body gives. Hi, Vivek, you are an Inspiration to all and a true youth icon. I was wondering how to gain even a part of the knowledge you have of ayurveda. So if you can list the books, you have used, read and referred to in last few years of your journey of this immense knowledge. It will be very helpful. (better be if the books explain things in English along with Hindi words of the elements., but what I mainly desire to say is books from beginning, where to start the stage 1 of our learning and then gradually progress to more advanced or difficult topics)

Sir please make a video on diabetes. How to remove it from the root cause we are ready to listen on this topic for 2 to 3 hours but please I request u sir cause my father is suffering from type 2 diabetes from 10 years and I m seeing him take daily high power antibiotics this. Makes my heart ache and I tried numerous ways but my last hope is always you please help .

The Brahma Muhurta time seems to be similar to the Fajr time, which muslims pray before sunset. It is part of the 5 daily prayers. Our prophet Muhammad PBUH said that there is a lot of blessings in this time (before sunset). Great to revisit the physical and spiritual benefits through your video :)

Another great video. Thanks to my sister’s books and tapes, I’ve been learning Ayurveda since the early 90s, way before Deepak Chopra was an American household name. I still love his teachings but you have reinvigorated my interest and jump started my practice just when most needed. I would say you are the funny, young, hotter version of mr. Chopra (and I’m not referring to pitta dosha) thank you for these silly, helpful , and informative videos. 🙏 I truly appreciate the work you’ve done. 🙏

Bro help me. I sleep alot and feel tired I do yoga+meditation but it is not working. I sleep around 12-1 Am and wakes up around 10-11 am and after eating breakfast and having a batch I again sleep till 4-5 PM and this cycle continues I don't know what to do. Please help me 🙏 🙏🙏

Avoid sleeping late practice to sleep around 10 to 11 nd wake up nearly 5 to 6 nd don't sleep in evening just took a nap between 2 to 3 in afternoon

Probably you have nothing to do. Develop some good habits like reading, if feel bored watch anime its too good, play games. Wake up early in the morning, over consumption of food makes lethargy & lazy so don't over eat. Then it depends upon you how much you are willing to change, all the best 😊

First cut your extra meals & snacks & other junk food. Regular exercise Drink water in right way (45 mins before meal & 90 mins after meal, watch fituber video for more info) Practice only 3 meal a day Fast on ekadashi (don't go hard on yourself) It will take months but you will loose weight . If there is harmonal issues, its best to consult dietitian instead of online preachers 😅

@@jamesjackson8619 fasting means giving rest to your system, which is good. 4days before full moon & 4 days before new moon is the best day for fasting. Both fall on Ekadashi. ie: 11th day of a cycle.
