My favourite is the banana! What a great way to reduce food waste. 😊 I often buy tomato-cheese soup, which has been made with overly ripe tomatoes that would otherwise go to waste. Food innovations like these are important, I think.

@@horridbrain8948 hi, here the recipe, my English is not the best, so if you need help ask me :) 1/2 cups of water (to be honest i never use water, this you usually used water when you ran out of milk) 1/2 cups of milk 3 tablespoons of butter 1 chicken broth cube (any broth flavor you like) 1 pinch of salt 3 cups of all purpose flour (BE CAREFUL, put flour till your dough looks firm but not hard as an rock, the perfect texture is when it's firm but soft! Sometimes you have to change the amount of every ingredient depending in how mutch bolinhas de queijo you wanna make! ) Filling: Any cheese you like Oregano (optional) Breading: 150 mls of cold milk 1 cup of breadcrumbs (you can yosw anything you like to bread your Bolinha de queijo) How to make: put the milk, the broth and your butter in your pan (and water if you choose to) boil till your milk show some bubbles, turn off the heat and add flour till your dough looks firm and soft, mix with your spatula if it's hot and with your hand when it's cold/warm, beat it till the dough be smooth, get some dough, open it, fill with cheese, seal it, and shape like an ball, put the ball in the cold milk, and them in the breading thing you choose, now in an pan of oil deep fry this delicious ball of cheese

I would have added either country gravy or mesquite barbeque sauce to the chicken, and I would have home squeezed lemonade for the drink. I don't drink much alcohol anymore. For the sandwich a bit of spicy mustard in addition to the tartar sauce would zing it up, plus a slice of peppered swiss cheese. I think the Kings Hawaiian rolls would be the perfect size for making chicken sandwiches. The deserts remind me of the dehydrated fruit snacks I used to buy when I was a teenager. You could either drop them in a glass of cold milk to start rehydrating them, or add a little bit water, OR eat them straight out of the bag like candy. On the tonjiro, I would have added some fresh cabbage for a little crunch. But it looks really good as it is. You still haven't tried the spicy mustard and mayo yet? 😉 Ok, the 5 grain rice and veggies made me VERY hungry. You're going to break your spoon digging into that. Now I'm really hungry.
