Aapne kisi set mai mushkil se 10 reps. Nikale hain aur aapko wahi se 3-4 reps aur nikalne pad jaye to un 3-4 reps. Mai hone wala pain hota hai jo zaruri hota hai, usi pain ko kehte hain..no pain no gain😃 Kafi type karwa diya aapne😵
