10+ km Minecraft Highway

I started this in 2016 on my friends' multiplayer server, but it still has a long ways to go. However, it is already over 10 km long (assuming that 1 block = 1 meter). The section from 7:34 to 8:15 was built by reviewingmodsofgames. The reason it has taken me 5 years up to this point is because I often lose motivation and only build it in short bursts every so often, which stretches out the timing by quite a lot.

very cool! I am also making a highway, but mine is an -interstate- *_Freeway_* made out of -concrete- *_deepslate and/or common materials nearby_* and *_maybe in the future i will add some_* map art! update: did some work today. i can say i have tons more respect for this person than huge amount i had this morning when i posted this comment. it took me 7 stacks of deepslate and 3 hours to do the eastbound part of a segment with 3 lanes, 100 blocks long including overpass and diverging diamond interchange. you are a legend!

It wasn’t diverging diamond actually but still a fairly nice interchange… no merge lane really… anyways it’s crazy expensive to build and i’m probably going to host my friends realm after we switch worlds, sort of a non-canon continuation of s1
