6:05 "It's all about creating a moment for ourselves with ourselves." That was straight fire.

I have a form of morning pages that I call Quest pages. It's a non-negotiable to do three pages every morning before getting out of bed, and then i write at night by candleiight before sleeping. Obviously I don't have a wife else this would probably not happen every day. So thankful for the habit already formed after 219 consecutive days. Much has been gleaned from scouring the depths of the 'deep mind' subconscious.

This is a great video. It reminded me of when I started my writing journey. I've always loved writing as a child. I enjoyed writing about my experiences or how certain things made me feel. It was a way for me to understand myself even better, being true to oneself. Really going deep into your way of thinking. I've noticed many positive attributes due to writing from a very young age. I am more honest about how I feel or how I think. My vocabulary has improved throughout the years as well with my way of thinking. Being able to look at your past journal entries is something so intriguing and amazing. The way you once thought about certain aspects in life, seeing those changes is remarkable. Keep up the amazing content, we need more content creators who touch up on these important habits that I believe are beneficial for everyone. It's all in the mind, make healthy decisions for yourself. At the end you're doing this for yourself.

I totally get it. Sometimes, the hardest part is just starting. One thing that’s helped me is setting super low expectations, like writing one sentence or even just a word. Once you start, it often flows from there. Maybe try setting a timer for 5 minutes and see where it takes you. You’ve got this!
