Ice sculptor Shintaro Okamoto explains the art of sculpting ice in 10 levels of difficulty. The angelfish is one of the most historical designs in the ice sculpting community, so it's the perfect place to start. Shintaro explains how you can create an angelfish design in increasing levels of complexity, from using simple hand tools to CNC machining the piece.

If say for w/e reason: mistake or ice structure is bad around certain parts and take the example in the video, if the fish's tail breaks off. Is there a way to attach it with some water and re-freeze it to fix the unintended breakage.

I wouldn't consider the usage of a different tool to continue working on your sculpture a higher skill level. This video shows 3 levels, not 10. Nice job Wired.
