Learned Excel years ago, but have since forgotten it - but not the concepts. Need to use a spreadsheet now, though, so I've using LibreOffice Calc. Thanks so much for the vids! It's a great refresher for me.

Congrats for the tutorials! They are really impressive! I have one question for you. How do you define the group of cells to be sorted? I mean how do you define the row with the header data (Last Name, Name, Phone number,...) as a header row for the group you are sorting?

Hi Gerard, Thanks for the comment. I think what you are trying to do is a multi-column sort. That is explained in video 11 - Multi-Column sort and Random Order. Please check out that video and if you still have questions, let me know and we will take it from there.

You are correct, it is not done with Linux LibreOffice. I am running it on Windows, mainly because (at least at this time) the majority of people have windows computers. I am also assuming the majority Linux Users are a little more computer savvy and would have an easier time going from windows to Linux than the other way around.
