I just found you yesterday while looking for pvc build info. I don't see an index of all the projects in all of your videos, so I am binge watching to see if sonething close pops up. I am on video #27 so far. I was hoping to see more heavy duty pvc building. I am looking at this lemonade stand, and I saw your window awning clip, and the motorcycle shelter. I want to turn my small deck (approx 8' x 10') into a porch and make an awning/cover for it out of polycarbonate panels. And I want to make the support poles out of pvc. Maybe the the framing for the polycarbonate panels too. Not sure. I saw another person making support poles for his camper awning. And he used three way pvc splitters for feet at the bottom of the poles. Do you have any projects of this magnitude?

Just sat here and binge watch all of the videos, great ideas. I made a PVC lounge chair back in 8th grade. Did not glue any of the joints together. My shop teacher had a 300+ man sat in it and it did not creak, crack or come apart. We did not glue it to make it easier to transport for competitions. I took it to state and won best in state for it..

Coolest Dad ever! My hubby and I have been together since childhood and the zipline was something we wanted and sti do at our dream home. Lol. I'm definitely sharing with my family, maybe it'll get us out of our funk from being indoors so much. Thank you for doing these videos; they're keeping me building and he is happier since I'm not bringing so much wood and spiders home. Definitely an added bonus using pvc over wood is the amount of spiders and wood loving insects that invade my garage. 👍💜

I have a twin air mattress for my dog. Low priced one. Just buy a new one every niw and then. I want to make a basic frame to just get it iff the floor so I can vacuum under it and around it. Plus, easier to pump up when it deflates a bit. Would that be really expensive with pvc?

the legs of that stool are so tall, it looks unstable, that kinda thick borad to sit on wasnt even required, a 3/4" thick block board piece was sufficient.. hope uhv filled the leg pipes with sand and sealed it, that way it will be much stable for such long stool. thats my suggestion . 😁

the mattress thing is super cool. My daughter made a submersible platform for her pool using 2" pvc and pvc lattice, its pit together much like the shelf except 5 sides are covered in the lattice, the top so the little have a place to stand and around the sides so the older boys dont get trapped , its 2,5x2,5x6' so it sits about a foot under the water of their above ground pool.. for a party she used sections of leftover lattice connected at the ends for trash bag holders.. The swim platform is plenty sturdy for even large adults and even works outside the pool

Is it just me or do pvc projects seem to be more expensive than just buying a product. Those T connectors can be like $2 a connector meaning that stool costs something like +$32, which is not much saving than just buying a stool. Is there a cheaper way to get off connectors?
@SpecificLove74 жыл бұрын
The price may depend on where you live. I usually find them to be cheaper at the local home improvement store than I can ever find on Amazon. Also sometimes you can buy them in bulk packages for cheaper.

hi can you make a holder for a dog bowl that a husky can't turn over? I've tried everything! Right now I have a Rubbermaid tub filled with sidewalk pavers for weight. A hole cut in the top of the tub and the bowl set into. He still knocks it over and drags those bricks all over the yard!! That dog is crazy!! But he's my baby : ) PS: please help! We've tried every bowl on the market that promises to be spill proof. He's ruined my laminate flooring with the water.

Do you have a PVC hack for a laundry cart? I'm sure you've been at a laundromat at least once in your lifetime you know those carts that they have that you put your laundry in something like that made out of PVC but only lower to accommodate a front load washer and dryer
@SpecificLove76 жыл бұрын
I have not made one if those, but I am working in another PVC video that I hope to release soon that will have a pull cart. I'm not sure if it is what you are looking for, but maybe.

I like the mattress transportation idea. One thing that concerned me about the PVC handle is that the rope can wear away the pvc over time and sand away at it. I'm wondering how that would effect the strength of the PVC with the load distribution being altered. Also, I've been watching your videos for sometime now and just have one question. Did you win a lifetime supply of PVC? xD
