We have a small error in the video. It says that Buddha was born in India. After going through the comments and then doing our own fact checking - Buddha was born in Nepal and not in India. We would like to apologies for it and hope this video would add value to your life. Thank you so much for watching.

Video also called him "a medIATOR" instead of a "mediTATOR." The screen has it spelled correctly, just the audio is wrong. I'd like to say it's not a big deal, but he is basically the icon of meditation (not mediation). Consider this constructive feedback, nothing personal, but I wanted to tell you because honestly my immediate reaction was to feel the entire video would be suspect after hearing the wrong word used.

The most scientific part of Buddhism☸️is, as the Buddha said, “Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.”

@@camiladuarte1515 "enjoy the path to achieve those goals in life" you see the goals are different - enjoy, be happy - this kind of talk comes from people who main aim is to be happy, who have no clue what desires and aspirations are all about. I have been taking a psychiatry medication for my mental health since 2013. Now i started to feel the side effect of medications and still can't quit the medication. I now search ways to treat the pain in my heart that can't be decribed in physically and only can feel with mind. When i read that i can feel that some truths buddha said are reasonable thoughtful and it seem to indicate the source of suffering is all come from myself.

What makes you sad or happy may have been an OUTSIDE situation, but, your feelings are inside you. That doesn't mean someone should judge you on your own feelings. You'll eventually feel less miserable, EVENTUALLY. There are no guarantees in life. But, try to not lose faith in YOURSELF. Without faith we wouldn't have hope, without hope, we wouldn't have dreams, without dreams we wouldn't have goals.

These ideas and teachings are meant as GUIDANCE for us to do better each day. We shouldn't be disrespectful to someone who has a slightly different religion they believe in or cultural traditions or beliefs. That only promotes hurt, non productive actions. It's one thing to think or feel a certain way, it's way over the line to actually DO it.

in Buddhism, there is a well-defined chain of interrelated factors. It is called "paticca samupada". Its sequence is strictly defined: ignorance-karmic form-consciousness-mental and physical existence - sense organs and sensory sensations-desire-thirst - attachment - rebirth-death. And so on in a circle. This is the canon. And we can understand it and reflect about in our own way, but it works exactly in this sequence, one gives birth to another. If one wants to stop this cycle, he/she need to go backwards.

Jesus coming back very soon!!!please repent of your sins and accept Jesus into your heart. Salvation: The following prayer, “The Sinner’s Prayer” (also known as the Prayer of Salvation) is a simple prayer to follow when asking Lord Jesus Christ into your heart. You may certainly pray to God in your own words. The basis of the Sinner’s Prayer comes from Romans 10:9-10. “That if thou shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Sinner’s Prayer: Dear God in Heaven, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I acknowledge to You that I am a sinner, and I am sorry for my sins and the life that I have lived; I need your forgiveness. I believe that Lord Jesus Christ shed His precious blood on the cross at Calvary and died for my sins, and I am now willing to turn from my sin. You said in Your Holy Word, Romans 10:9 that if we confess the Lord our God and believe in our hearts that God raised Jesus Christ from the dead, we shall be saved. Right now I confess Jesus Christ as the Lord of my soul. With my heart, I believe that God raised Lord Jesus Christ from the dead. This very moment I accept Lord Jesus Christ as my own personal Savior and according to His Word, right now I am saved. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for your unlimited grace which has saved me from my sins. I thank you Lord Jesus Christ that your grace never leads to license, but rather it always leads to repentance. Therefore Lord Jesus transform my life so that I may bring glory and honor to you alone and not to myself. Thank you Lord Jesus Christ for dying for me and giving me eternal life. Amen.

1. Practice the middle way, release ourselves from our desires. Embrace the pleasures of existence, instead of obtaining things. 2. Adopt the right view. Do not get upset with people or situations. Why do we think what we think? 90/10% rule, life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react. Use what we have around us to create good growth. 3. Develop good karma. Work on our actions and intentions. Work on ourselves in the present. Choose to give more effort today. Make a schedule, live more healthily. Our past does not define us. 4. Live every day like it’s your last. Do today what must be done. Liberate ourselves from the idea of birth and rebirth. Live ardently every day. Start the day right. Breath in and breath out. Focus on each task, live in the present moment. 5. Great things are the result of little things done with great purpose. The pot gathers the rain 🌧 drop by drop. It takes 18 days to 222 days to develop a new habit. Start small in breaking bad habits. Avoid triggers. Failing is part of learning. 6. Show your wisdom in silence. Talk only when you have something good to say. The more you learn the more you’re exposed to what you don’t know. Listen and engage in healthy dialogue. 7. Hatred is never appeased by hatred. Look at them with compassion. 8. Choose friends for quality over quantity. Seek fellowship with Nobel men. 9. Be generous and help each other. Ask for support. Care for yourself. 10. You can be a Buddha too. We must strive every day. Change starts with us. Struggle well and do not give up.
