Good sound advice. As a side note, I truly despise financial gurus with expensive courses - a red flag for me.

I grew up wondering about rich people but then realized most were up to theirs limits in debt. Also the ones who were wealthy were pretty boring, just worked hard, invested and lived below their means.

we recently visited Dave Ramsey's studio and watched a live broadcast of his radio show. In his studio for everyone to see is a copy of his bankruptcy filing on display. I'd say he's a man who went through a very intense and humbling experience and has never lost sight of the lessons that he learned and genuinely wants to keep others from making that same mistake.

You have to be an expert in your field of specialty and zoom out. If that dude was a real property phenom, he would have done a better inspection to not invest in a geologically proned for landslide location(s). Never interested in seminars, hell I don’t even like mass concerts and sporting events. For me it’s always cash in and cash out with as little complications as possible! 😎

The financial system has been artificially pumped for over a decade to ensure big pockets were lined; and now those same hands will make a fortune in the largest transfer of wealth in human history by shorting it on the way down. Inflation does have a roll, but that's to keep everyone panicked, and focused on their bills and expenses, rather than focus on the capital crimes of politicians and corporations,I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $338k stock portfolio, what’s the best way to take advantage of this bear market??

Find stocks with yields that exceed the market and stocks that, at the very least, follow the long-term market trend. However, you should get guidance from a financial advisor if you want to create a successful long-term plan...

I agree, I've been in constant touch with an Investment advisor for approximately 17 months. These days, it's really easy to buy into trending stocks, but the task is determining when to sell or hold. That's where my advisor comes in, to help me with entry and exit points , I've accrued over $337k from an initially stagnant reserve of $148K all within 18 months.

Good Morning, Tae. Thanks for another great video. At the time of my father's passing he was invested in many small opportunities, but technically making his money work for him. Small margins over long terms can really be profitable. Btw, my husband and I opted for the "boutique" hotel last weekend and it was really worth it. Great "experience." But I still didn't pay for the outrageous valet parking!😉Keep'in it real!

The common use quick zoom ins are a little jostling to me. I admire the experimentation, but that kind of editing is usually a queue (in my experience) that you're about to say something shocking and that I should pay attention in that exact instant. I don't think everything should be a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment.

I really like Dave Ramsey. We followed his methods to get out of $70k debt. People question his investment strategies. I am fine investing in S&P index funds. We started investing for our daughter when she was 13. She is 19 and has $19k invested. She only has to invest $120/month until retirement and she will be a multimillionaire.

I agree, he is a con man. He has a few ideas in his poorly written book, but there are many better books out there that explain the same theory but without all the lies. One should get all the info from a book and not have to take all kinds of extra and very expensive courses to get all the info required to be a real estate investor.

true wealth is in ablity, durability and solid planning. The guy who can fix his plumbing or grow his carrots will always be better off then the guy in a suit who cant do either

The guy in the suit can hire other people for plumbing and growing carrots. Yes, it might cost him like $25/hr but if his investments or business makes him $50/hr, it's totally worth it!!! Especially if the income is passive; you can buy your life back!

A wealthy friend of mine sat outside on a lawn chair with his wife under an old oak tree. They watched the birds eat off the bird feeders as they talked about the beautiful weather and discussed the new roses that had bloomed. They both sipped their coffee as their 30 year old son that came over to visit walked over and asked " what's in the agenda for today"? Nothing breathing is free.
