Thanks for the video Keerti. One important feedback - please reduce the background sound effects on almost every word you said, there are pop up images coming up, and each comes up with some sound(mouse clicks, keyboard typing) and the frequent camera zoom-in zoom-out as it distracted me a lot of times in the video.

Didi, a sincere question slightly off the topic but...Considering current Recruitment processes, do Recruiters value Competitive Programming profiles [CandidateMaster in Codeforces or 5/6* in Codechef] for resume shortlisting?
