thats Protestantism theology. where they see that Christ death on the cross has redeemed them from all sin and that we are now worthy of His presence. Its not Catholic teaching at least not traditional. Maybe the modernists theology understands it that way. What it does is makes sin not a sin.

Satan does not like the Gregorian songs that cleanse your soul of all sin by showing you the path of truth and discernment. Today, Satan has never been so far away at the height of his evil power, and only for a very short time. So listen to as many Gregorian songs as you can and pray the rosary to destroy him and the apostles of evil who govern you. Thank you very much to the monks for calming our souls. Michael, enough. Gregorian Chants are beautiful. The first time I was introduced to the Gregorian Chants I was 16yrs old. They took my breath away. I am not Catholic. You do not have to be Catholic or agree with what they teach and believe. But you can still listen to the chants and their beauty. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and nothing will ever change that. We are taught to seek after that which is good and uplifting. As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I consider the Gregorian Chants to be both good and uplifting. Attacking their beliefs was wrong. If you can't say something positive, say nothing at all. 😊😊

Gregorian chants are often just the singing of the prayers of the Catholic Mass in Latin and Greek and when sung in the voluminous spaces of a stone church have the echoing effect we hear. The Gregorian chants have a very calming effect and should be considered as long-term therapy for those suffering from "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder" (PTSD) or other psychological disorders. The Greek element occurs when we hear the words: "Kyrie Eleison, Christe Eleison, Kyrie Eleison", which is: "Lord have Mercy, Christ have Mercy, Lord have Mercy". The rest is in Latin. We also hear: "Agnus Dei, qui tollis pecatta mundi, miserere nobis", which is: "Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us". These are GOLDEN WORDS for our times.

je suis comme vous ... le souvenir de nos messes du dimanche (à 10 h, "grand messe" ) j'en ai 77 et je les entends encore - j'ai eu la chance lorsque j'habitais à REIMS, en 2003, d'aller entendre la messe en grégorien à la Cathédrale, le dimanche matin ... comme d'habitude, qui vous enveloppe d'une douceur et d'une sérénité extraordinaires ... on n'a plus droit à cela désormais ..puisque celui qui est à ROME a cru bon de revenir sur l'autorisation de BENOÎT XVI - je ne l'appelle pas "Pape" exprès ...
