Demand is too high.The total construction cost of grey structure alongwith finishing is not more than 2.4 crore by looking its finishing plus plot cost of 10 Marla is not more than 1.5 crore.so total comes to 3.9 crore.so over all this house price shouldn't exceed 4.5 crore.Nowadays market is also on the slump side, asking more than 5.5 crore doesn't make any sense.Too much hyper cost,unrealistic demand.
