Fantastic designed house however that downstairs toilet facing the sink is a bad design. The users knees will be touching the wall or sink, also the shower space is very small and shouldn’t be there, there should be enough space for a shower screen away from the door as it will eventually rott the door causing it to flake. Apart from that it’s a very well designed house which will appeal to an overseas client with its neutral decor and thought out practical design
