I can vouch for the electric toothbrush, it's heavenly. Just make sure you have two heads, one for tooth brushing and one for masturbating (because hygiene) and just switch them out before you go to bed and voila! If you're worried about people hearing you, just pile cushions over your nether regions and push them onto the floor when you want to sleep, and job done!
