Hello Mike, thanks for sharing this excellent video, now the Covid thing has subsided I hope to visit my son in New Zealand towards the end of the year and film a few more NZ trains. It's nice to see the EF's are still running, has the threat to mothball the overhead line equipment been lifted?

Hi John, by rail to Tauranga, then by road to the Goldfields Vintage Railway at Waihi were they have already made some runs to Waikino 🙂

There won't be any trains going all the way to Napier for quite a while, after that bridge over the Ngaruroro river was destroyed.

@@MikeRail Yes. Govt has announced hundreds of millions for the roads. I haven't seen anything about $$ to fix the railways up.
