Tornadoes have a higher chance to be multiple vortex when they're violent. It seems like they do it when they hit a town but it's effectively random when they become multi vortex. It's just coincidental they switch to that when impacting a town.

video idea: have an invisible EF5 tornado go around the map at very fast speeds, but it cannot be shown on radar, and its kinda like a hide n seek game but with a giant spinning cloud of doom, and it should also change positions around every 3-5 minutes, just to make it more interesting, and if you can somehow make the storm invisible then that would be cool.
