Now this is how I prefer my strength training workouts. I got such a great burn after less than 12 minutes of exercise. Plus, it really worked the entire upper body, not just the arms and shoulders. Any chance of a workout series made of 10 to 15 minute strength exercises like this one, Maddie?
Super efficient and nice burn! Would love more 10-15 mins upper body workouts like these, especially emphasizing BACK and SHOULDERS, which tend to suffer from sitting at a desk all day!

Dumbbells are currently worth their weight in gold. Since the pandemic started, I was only able to get 15lb ones, so happy to finally have a workout with the exact weight! Gonna do a quick abs after this. Thank you Maddy for being such an inspiration and providing so many amazing videos during these uncertain times! This was the first MadFit workout I've been able to completely finish the first time! I used 8 lbs and was feeling the burn, but I was able to power through. Great workout for all levels and I also liked that it seem to build on some truly functional strength as well. Thanks, Maddie!

I have to say "thank you". You motivate me to work out about 30 minutes every day. I find out some two or three workout videos that I do about week and next I choose some other workouts. Sometimes I do joga but its just for the lazy days. I tried other youtubers but you are the best for me. My set in this week is this: 10 min GOOD MORNING WORKOUT - Stretch & Train (No Equipment) >> > 5 MIN SIXPACK WORKOUT - Intense Total Core + No Equipment >>> 10 MIN FULL UPPER BODY Workout (Toning & Strength) (this) ----- > and I totally feel it. I need to do something and this is perfect for me.

I love this one Maddie! I found you in lockdown and at 65 have now decided to give up my gym membership in flavour of home exercise with you. I find it more peaceful but still as effective. Thank you. 💕 The gym experience has become too loud,hot and I believe you can over socialise. It really didn’t suit my personality.I was trying to be someone I am not for 20 years!! ❤️

Thank you for this rehab workout. I lifted heavy weights for 17 years and then got a shoulder injury. I'm now finally at the at the point where I can start lifting as rehab. 15 lb dumbbells was surprisingly challenging, but that's what injuries do to your body.

I'm not following the calendar routine but I did make my own with all of your workouts. I'm disabled and love your workouts. I work out Monday - Friday. Monday - Upper Body Tuesday - Cardio Wednesday - Lower Body Thursday - Cardio Friday - Upper and Lower Body (but only one round each, not two) I feel so strong now, I've started bragging 😅💖

I love Madfits workout! There is clear explanation and walk through about the part of the body we are working on and how and where to engage to effectively work on those parts. Also advice as to what not to do in terms of engaging the wrong parts or muscles as it may end up injuring ourselves or that the exercise did not achieve what it was supposed to. It is not enough to just watch someone do exercise and follow along!! That is my experience anyway.

Good, solid muscle-group concentrated workout! I feel it. Feels like I truly worked my muscles. I can go up in weight next time I do this one. Wasn't sure until I completed the whole workout so to protect my shoulder and back I opted for 10lbs dumbells but I feel like I can safely do 15 next time.
