I do this after a 10 minut ab video and my upper body is PUMPED afterwords. So awesome!!! After doing these videos alongside Pamela Reif and Getfitbyivana I have finally made my own booty program and it's amazing!!!! These videos are wonderful. They're all you need if you aren't looking to be super jacked.

I actually do this workout before my cardio! It’s really a challenge to complete and I can hardly lift my arms when I complete it. Then I’m of to the park for a power walk!

It's been a while since I did this workout. I started with 15lbs and quickly had to go down to 12lbs. I almost thought of going to 10s. 😆 this is a non stop burner🏋♀️💪🔥

I work 4 ten hour days and walk during both breaks & on lunch break..so these 10-20 strength training workouts are just what I needed to add to my mornings before heading into work. Then I do the longer workouts on days off. Love Anna’s workouts 🩵

Hi! Can men also do Anna's workouts? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Anna's workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated

Yayyy I'll start this today!!! Gonna keep myself accountable Day 1: I'd say I did pretty well Lateral raises were super hard for me tho and the push ups 😭 Day 2: I did pretty well I thought it would be crazy hard today but it was doable I feel greattt Lateral raises were a bit better today Just a bit hahaha Day 3: it was a bit more harder to do today I've gotten so much more better at lateral raises!! They still kill tho hahaa I feel greatttt :)) Day 4 : I can feel myself getting strongerrrr I can actually do those lateral raises all the wayyyy I'm so excited to be stronger and see my progresssss!! I love doing this workout smmm!!!

Loved this!! Paired with this with new Express Abs video for a little lunchtime workout! Question for our lovely growing community, I'm between moving up weights for arms... is it better to do less reps with a higher weight or should I continue with the lower weight and be able to do more reps?

I am not an expert! But I think if you can move up on some of the exercises with your heavier ones and do less reps that is good progress. Listen to your body and switch to the lighter weights when needed like for the straight arm raises and stuff like that. Good job on sticking with it and getting stronger! :):)
