the fastest way to get 5 stars is keep failing atm/jewel robberies, damaging vehicles or killing civilians/cops. also starting a bank robbery will boost u up 3 stars

The fact that u cant jump happens to me all the time and its a really annoying glitch but what I do is I just hop in an any car and hop out and that should resolve the issue.

The fastest way to get 5 stars is to first shoot the bank window which will give you 3 stars,then keep shooting players and cops, it's better if you kill a group or if you shoot them while at civ spawn
