yoo what’s good bro? i appreciate that. first off, i don’t think the issue is not being able to find a good scale cause most popular music today is made in the major or minor scale. if u feel like u have the same ideas over and over again a few things i like to do are: learn new chord progressions, recreate songs that inspire me, hum melodies over chords and then try turn that into midi. those are a few things that might help. peace!
